horrid experience

poor housekeeping

absolutely horrid experience! i should have known when i requested a king room with a jacuzzi but got a big toilet cutting into door space instead. no breakfast, and the floors were so thin, i could hear guests practicing their tap dancing above. honestly, for $40 more, a welcome gift wouldve been nice. just couldn’t recommend!

We had a good time at the motel, especially with the kids enjoying the clean and cozy environment. The front desk staff were friendly, making our check-in process smooth, and we found all the appliances in our room worked perfectly.

In my wife’s opinion, the stairs were a bit tricky with the little ones.

I had a great time at this motel. It exceeded my expectations with the really clean and spacious room. The excellent welcome. The staff was super accommodating, even giving us local tips that enhanced our stay in gassville.

i had a very pleasant stay at this motel, which exceeded what i experienced previously in gassville. the room was clean, with a comfortable king bed and a handy microwave and fridge. the front desk staff were very accommodating, providing excellent local dining tips.

Recommend it for budget travelers

The folks running the place were genuinely friendly and made us feel like they cared. Plus, I had a giant two-person jacuzzi tub in my room, which was nice after a long day!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what you get here.

The location was perfect for our trout fishing trip. Immediate assistance with an issue in our room was appreciated, although the cleanliness left something to be desired, with visible stains on pillows and a dirty floor. It's an older facility with thin walls – conversations from neighboring rooms were clearly audible. However, we enjoyed the freshly baked cookies, a sweet touch after a long day out.

The stay was worthwhile, especially since we were on a fishing trip in the area. The room we had was nicely appointed with a microwave, refrigerator, and even a small dining table for two. Cleanliness was decent overall, but some areas, like the floor, could use a more thorough cleaning.
